Shaun T. MacIsaac, Q.C.

Shaun is litigation counsel to JACOBSON LAW OFFICE. He has an extensive litigation practice including expertise in tax litigation with an emphasis on transfer pricing matters.
Shaun MacIsaac has practiced extensively in the areas of corporate, commercial, foreclosure, insolvency, and most recently, taxation and transfer pricing matters. Shaun has conducted over 120 trials. In 2011, he was appointed Queen’s Counsel. Shaun was the lead litigation counsel in the recent successful transfer pricing case of Alberta Printed Circuits Ltd. v. Her Majesty The Queen, decided by the Tax Court of Canada in April of 2011.
